We kept the list short on purpose. Somewhere good to live, food when you're hungry, a place to unwind, and one desk that handles the rest.

Luxury apartment residences
A hotel room is fine for two nights. After that you want a sofa, a table to work at and a kitchen for the evenings you don't feel like going out. Our residences give you all of that, plus housekeeping, a guarded gate and a front desk that's always open.

24-hour continuous breakfast
Breakfast doesn't stop at ten here. Flights land late, site visits start early, and jet lag keeps its own hours. Whenever you come down, the kitchen will make you eggs, plantain, toast and a pot of coffee or tea.
Mornings run as a buffet in the dining room. The rest of the day and night, it's cooked to order and brought to your table or your room.

Pool and coffee bar nightlife
The courtyard pool is the centre of the compound. Loungers along one side, café tables along the other and a large outdoor screen for Premier League weekends and the big internationals.
The bar runs from morning espresso to late cocktails. Wine, champagne, whisky and cognac on the back shelf, cold beer and soft drinks in the chiller. It's a relaxed, well-dressed crowd: guests, their colleagues and friends from town.

Corporate and expatriate concierge
If you're here for work, the front desk becomes your office manager. We book drivers, hold rooms for incoming colleagues, keep a running account for long stays and produce the invoice your finance team needs.
For expatriate guests we handle the practical side of settling in: where to change money, which roads to avoid after dark, who to call for a reliable driver. Security is part of the service, not an extra.
